We chose this small hotel (48 rooms) as the one we wanted was fully booked. We were not disappointed. The Hotel Colon was a delightful hotel. warm greeting on arrival, cold towels cuba libre drink and VALET Parking. Genuinely friendly staff who made the visit. Happy two hours at bar, good cocktails. Our welcome at this hotel was very pleasant - greeted with cold damp towels and "Cuba Libres" - but the hotel rooms are very very small as it is quite an old hotel on one of the main streets of the town.
