The hotel was only used as a stop over on a trip from Santiago to Trinidad. Rooms clean and tidy as was the bathroom, but the reception staff ruined the whole stay, very rude and unhelpful, I had a problem with a transfer the next day and they would not ring Havana for me even thought I offered to pay... more

Only overnighted in this hotel in the centre of the city. Camaguey is pretty run down, and this hotel reflects the "faded glamour" element of the city. amazing beautiful landscape, weather was nice...... Lots of music, a place really to let loose, let off some steam and relax. Good food, nice, polite people. Life is good In Cuba. I had a great time brought a camera!! Awesome! You've got to go. more

IF YOU LIKE CUBA...YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOTEL... it's right in the heart of the city...yes, there's music and people and excitement..but that IS CUBA... the people are alive.... my room was small, yes..but clean,,,bathroom clean too..fresh towels every day...cable tv with many channels.. i found the front desk staff VERY NICE... ..AND THE ROOF TOP RESTAURANT ...EXCELLENT...the staff was... more

Having been met with indifference from the staff on the front desk, we were initially shown to a room the size of a shoe box, with no window and v noisy air conditioning. We moved to a bigger room with nice balcony over the main street, which was much nicer, but very noisy as there was music pumping outside all... more

Out of luck !This is what i was told by the staff for any problems i experienced .and there was many! ranging from leaking water noises all night long , to loud music in the street , under all the windows of the hotel , all night long. i'm not kidding !until 5:00am in the morning.oh yah no hot water... more
