We have just returned from a family holiday in Cuba, encompassing varadero and havana. We looked at hotels on this website beforehand and Choese a beauty in the terral hotel. It is midway between the old and new Havana and us right on the maicon, ( famous Havana sea wall -8km long).this means that, although you have a 10 min walk... More

Stayed in the Junior Suite in this hotel in December 2014. The views really were spectacular, however, the hotel service and room itself were not great. The spa bath in the bathroom didn't work. There were candles in the bathroom, but neither reception or the bar / restaurant had any matches / a lighter. The ventilation fan in the bathroom... More

I chose this hotel with a junior suite which was on the top level of the building. Floors looked dirty, spa didn't work, dressing room needed more work, noisy aircon system, mouldy pillow..... Ummmm that's it... The view is spectacular.... It's very expensive to be in this hotel but the view makes up for a lot of its fails. I... More

Nice and friendly staff. Big and comfortable room, however a bit surprised that they did not have any toilet seat... :/ Great breakfast and most of the staff did speak English. Prime location to Malecon, and a fantastic ocean view! Recommended if you are staying for couple of days.

This hotel is located at the malecon. It's practically not possible to sleep well here because of the noise. All day and night long it seems like motorcycles, cars, are riding just beside the bed. Service in the restaurant is slow, though the food (menu) is nice. Too expensive and not well located.

We stayed here for 4 days and had a great time. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large, clean and modern decorated and since there aren´t many cars it´s not so noisy as you might think (we had a corner room on the 3th floor). The location from Old Town is ok, around 15... More

It's a very good hotel : rom very large and bed too. Service at the bar and restaurant is very affordable with good and fresh food; the position is strategic to go in the old Havana ; beaches at 20 min by car. Some noisy from malecon street because the window isolation is not perfect. It's a very good hotel.

The hotel is situated on the malecon, a very busy road. Traffic starts at 7am. Due to the general poor quality in havana though, this hotel is like a diamond in the rough. The rooms are clean, have air con, mini bar, patio doors and have a great view of the nightly action.

We stayed here as a family party of 6. It's true that the hotel isn't that near the 'old town' but it is, nevertheless, a good location. The Malecon is a busy road but if you're up and about early the promenade is reat for jogging. The hotel is modern and I would be hard put to criticise it really.... More

After 3 weeks on the road this hotel was bliss away from the dust & occasional poor service in Cuba. Lovely large rooms and great big beds. Very clean. Breakfast was good quality but as usual in Cuba they run out of things too. No faulting the quality or volume however or the choice for that matter. Staff were very... More
