We had four nights in this hotel whilst exploring Habana. Although in Mirimar so not close to the main sites in the old city, there is a free shuttle bus in and out which means that you can easily access everywhere you might want to visit. The hotel itself was great. As we were celebrating a 50th birthday, the hotel... More

Stayed April 7th for 4 nights. This hotel (resort) in my opinion is one of the most safest and most nicest hotels in the area. The front staff at the hotel are very welcoming and are so humble. They treat their guest like guest should be treated. We did have a problem with a running toilet. When we told them... More

My husband and I spent 3 days at the hotel before going on to Veradero. The hotel is gorgeous with several wonderful restaurants. The pool area was stunning with bar and snack/lunch restaurant right there. All the staff in the hotel in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful but Leon at the pool bar was a "star". We didn't... More

it must be one of the best hotel i have ever stayed in cuba. the lobby nicely furnished, staff are kind and they offer welcome coctails, it has a very long pool, rooms are clean and nice, food is great. only disadvantage might be the location of the hotel which is not so near to the old habana.

This is my first review, but I travel to resorts quite a bit, at least 3 times a year : South, USA. Have traveled to Europe in past, and plan to do so more in the future, but for now the South is perfect for what the money/quality/distance. I am a fairly open-minded traveler and I am definitely one of... More

Staff was too excited to come room for counting minibar, check out if everything is fine etc. Far away from center. Piccolos was not interested to serve us. Room service was slow and menu was terrible and almost everything was over. I don´t recommend this hotel.

I'm not used to that kind of hotels but it was almost a real five star-hotel. The only problem was the distance to Central Havana. The shuttle bus was very convenient (5 times a day, back and forth). Expect 20 minutes to Havana Vieja. You can ask the driver to stop at la Rampa if you want to get around... More

We would have preferred to stay in central Havana but all our choices were booked up.
