Location in Old Havana is great. Michael and Laetitia were just fabulous, making recommandations on how to behave while walking around in order to prevent problems. Very friendly people. And breakfast was delicious. When they can upgrade the mattresses, they'll be near perfect :-). Thanks for a great moment with you.

We were welcomed to Casa Cuba with open arms and didn't want to leave by the end. We were talking about the ever-friendly Michael long after we had checked out. He made our stay a breeze with great coffee and breakfast and a constant smile. The room was spacious and all facilities satisfying. As our room was booked out for... More

We spent our last night at Casa Cuba after spending a few days in Bay of Pigs. We arrived back in Havana in the evening with no reservations and we were greeted with open arms. Our luggage was carried up the stairs and Michael was very accommodating and friendly. He arranged what turned out to be very reliable transportation to... More

We found this casa on the recommendation of our hostess in Trinidad, and I'm glad we stayed here. Michael is an absolute sweetheart -- we all wanted to adopt him by the end of our stay. He carried my luggage up the stairs (five flights!) and called a taxi for my 6am pick-up to the airport. He also makes the... More

Michael made us feel like family as soon as we got to there. Helped us with our luggage and gave us advise to places we can go and things to watch out for. The location of the home was really close to the main historical attractions in Havana Vieja. Woke up to a healthy breakfast that didn't not bother my... More

Cuba can be an overwhelming city to visit at first. But Leticia and Maykel welcomed us with open arms and made sure we all felt completely at home. They are very honest people, and are among a few people you can depend on to give you good advice. They sat immediately sat down with us to share some tips and... More

we are guest of 4 and they welcome us with open arms and treat us like a family. This is a family owned hostal. I stayed in 1 bed room and my friends stay in 3 beds room. The room is well temperate and clean. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available upon request for additional cost. Leticia and Maykel is... More

Since the first moment Maykel and Leticia make us feel welcome. They were very nice, friendly and helpful through our whole trip of 8 days in La Havana. Their home is clean and confortable. Maykel cooked wonderful breakfasts that will help you survive through the entire day walking in the sun of La Havana (but don't miss eating lobster in... More

My girlfriend and I, along with another friend stayed for the first three nights of our 11 night trip to Cuba. From the start of our visit, Maykel looked after us very well. Nothing was an issue whilst staying at Casa Cuba. He cooked fantastic meals for breakfast and dinner, made sure we always had cold filtered water, gave suggestions... More

Being an experienced traveler, I care a lot about safety/security, and I have never felt so safe before about leaving all my stuff in the room. The breakfast was really great – I prefer a healthy meal, and there was plenty of fresh local fruit (and good strong coffee). The location is really good; just a few hundred meters to... More
