We stayed here one night and had a great time. The front desk was eager to please and very helpful, the doorman aided us immensely with an issue with a tour bus (simple mix up) but the bar staff was THE best! The entertainment in the bar was fantastic. The hotel itself, situated in Old Havana, was laden with history... More

The room was very basic. The bathroom door didn't lock. The shower was ok when the water was hot. There was no iron in the room and you couldn't borrow one either. There seemed to be strange buzzing noises at night. Breakfast was manic. Staff were not particularly helpful. More

this was my third hotel in Cuba, having first had a sun/sea break in Varadero and then 3 days at a conference hotel (Palco) on the edge of Havana. When we arrived (at about lunchtime) no room was available so we stowed the luggage and took ourselves off to explore and find lunch - the hotel is close by the... More

I booked in this Hotel, by clever-hotels.com(Navelar), my usual agent. When arrived to the hotel the room wasn't really good, so much noise and movement near the door, so I talked with the reception and they told me that they can't solve the problem(no more available rooms). I was really angry I just wanted to rest quiet, so I call... More

We knew this hotel was old but expected it to be clean, we also had trouble getting cash like a lot of people who visit Cuba. The front staff were very put off by us asking questions like do you have internet or where can we go to use internet. The woman who had a good grasp of english was... More

Great stay here, perfect location, lots of shops and restaurants around. And the history!! If you are slightly interested in Josephine Baker, Graham Greene, Al Capone then stay here. Can't do better. Good pool and reasonable (good for Cuba) breakfast. Lots of local music nearby. Taxis abound. If you can spare some soap and little toiletries for the lovely local... More

The first time we stayed, we endured the renovations, the second we enjoyed them and this time around, well, it´s time to start again. But for Cuba it is an excellent choice. Great position but quiet thanks to the double-glazed windows. Large corner room (a must) with very good bedding. Bath towels need replacing. House keeping of a high standard... More

Havana is an amazing place to visit and the Sevilla Hotel is part of the experience! Yes it did feel dated and some of the service was lacking but the location is perfect and you get to feel the vibrancy of the city. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. We were able combine sight seeing with time... More
