We’ve stayed in casa at the beginning and the end of our journey. Graciela was very pleasant and lovely women! Her son, Isgrat was very helpful and pointed us to good restaurants, gave tips and also sorted out taxi’s and stay in Vinales. We started en ended our holiday at Casa Graciela. The rooms are very clean. Isgrat (son of Graciela) is the host and can help you with everything. He is very friendly and speaks good english. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. The location was perfect. The house is located in a more quiet place in the centre. 1 minut walk to... More

This was my second time in this casa. The first time I stayed here almost 3 years ago and in a positive meaning I can say that nothing has changed. All the furniture still look as new, everything is super clean and it is by far the most luxurious casa I have stayed in. The breakfast is similar to the... More

It's a bit of a hike from Old Havana or Centro, but very close to Prado and the Malecon. It was clean, the water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed to be charged $5 more than we were originally told over the phone, but were too desperate at that point to... More

the casa was very clean, we felt very safe and it is in the center of the city. The breakfast offered there was great and you should try it at least once! The pictures here are very accurate. Isgrat also helped us find accommodation in Vinales (very good).

Isgrat was a great host and helped us a lot. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious and comfy. The air conditioning worked really well which was very important in the july heat! We got a lift to the airport in a beautiful 1950s car which was amazing.

When we arrived in Cuba my luggage never came. Ingrat, Graciela's son, was wonderful and guided us to where I could buy clothes. He also graciously called the airport several times on our behalf as our Spanish was very poor. He really saved our holiday. Not only could he speak good English, and chatted with us often, but he also... More

Graciela was very clean, close to anything (being in the very middle of Malecon, Havana Vieja etc). Yhe host was very kind and english speaking, ready to serve a breakfast for 5 CUC (4euro) and talk to you and adivse.
