Great boutique hotel in a wonderful plaza. The location in old Havana beats the 'big boys' hands down. Nightlife and restaurants in the area is a delight and Plaza Vieja is two minutes away. They could make way more of the roof terrace which only had a couple of uncomfortable metal chairs.

Called twice on May 7th at 11:10am to inquire about making a reservation. Did my best to speak the limited spanish I had. I was told bluntly by the person who answered the phone "NO!" When I again inquired if I could speak to someone about reservation availability I received the same reply "NO!" and then was promptly hung up... More

Fantastic location in San Francisco Sq and close to all local tourist areas. Rooms are clean and spacious. The food is good. Stayed B&B - an odd but good menu of fruit, juices, eggs, ham, cheeses, omelettes, breads, and some strange concoctions. A good 4 star boutique hotel with less than 20 rooms. No pool, gym, etc.

We stayed two nights in a room on the second floor which had a very limited view and was a little dark, but was very comfortable none the less. Not everything worked as expected; the shower head had a mind of its own and the towel rail fell off the wall occasionally. All very Cuban....but it does have great style... More

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 17 night trip to Cuba. We arrived after dark and were checked in immediately. We were upgraded to the first floor front suite - free for the first night then we had to pay. It was worth it. The room was huge with a seating area, dining area, super king... More

This hotel is located by Plaza de San Francisco in old town, great location! It's short walk to other three plazas and all attractions in old town. Breakfast is included which is great. I like it it's not buffet. It's a big menu has everything, you order anything you want. Also, there is a small and elegant restaurant. We arrived... More

This hotel has lots of character and we were at the end of our two week tour around Cuba and without a doubt the barman made one of the best mojitos. The breakfast menu is four pages long. Room are large and the location could not be better for exploring Havana Vieja.

We stayed here only for one night on our way out Cuba. We came back to La Habana the night before our flight back home and picked this hotel for its location and higher standards. We definitely chose well location wise but the actual hotel was a disappointment. When we got in the room, found glass all over the floor... More

Great location in old town, perfect for sightseeing, restaurants & bars. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious but the evening meals were rather hit and miss. Check in staff and maids were courteous and helpful, but most of the waiters were the opposite - slow and unfriendly.

Great position in San Francisco plaza for touring the old quarter. You can get a great feel for the area before the cruise ship crowds arrive. Breakfast a bit limited in options. Beds not the most comfortable due to cheap mattresses . Rooms very clean. Hotel architecture fantastic. We were given the option to upgrade to a 4th floor suite... More
