Really nice place in the heart of the old town. Perfect location to explore. Great breakfast. Rooms not that exciting but perfectly comfortable. Staff great. Good wifi as well. Perfect option in the old town

Nice hotel, nice room, though pity about so much purple, nice bathroom though it flooded every time I had a shower. I happened to talk to other guests in the lift and they said the same happened in their rooms. The real disappointment is the staff. They do not care. About you or what you might want. I was there... We stayed for four nights at the beginning of our holiday and this hotel was the best of three that we stayed at throughout our time in Cuba. The building itself is beautifully restored with the external of the building sympathetic to its surroundings. With only 27 rooms the hotel offered an intimate, bijou feel and my friend and I... Cuba is not over endowed with great hotels and if you go there expecting western standards you will probably be disappointed. We were, too, but this place deserves a positive mention. The rooms are modern and comfortable, nothing extraordinary, but we found the food and the staff service were exceptionally good and we have stayed in a few different places... More

We stayed three nights and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and gave some good advice and tips on where to eat, money changing, atm locations etc. the location is perfect, it is near the Plaza Vieja so everything you want is within an easy walking distance. the breakfast was a la carte and had a good... Stayed with my wife at the end of our trip and we were both disappointed. The location looked so good, and it had good reviews as well, but the rooms were not really clean, and there was a strange smell, especially on the pillows it was terrible. It is far too expensive for what it offers, and also food was... More

It's a professional hotel, kind of expensive. It's solid. Nothing exceptional or special about it. Good location. Restaurant is pretty good. It was clean, that's always important. Staff speaks good English. Internet in the restaurant area is really flaky always disconnecting.

Had a wonderful 4 days at this hotel. The building is beautiful and only 27 rooms which is so much nicer than the great big hotels. Breakfast excellent, friendly staff and great location, couldn't fault it. Loved Havana, lots of character.

Located on San Francisco Plaza, this hotel was perfect for wandering around old Havana. The breakfasts in the courtyard were delicious. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and large bathroom. Good air conditioning and a clean room with good maid service. However, the best part was how close we were to all the old squares. It was a... More

The hotel is very well located by San Fransisco Plaza in Old Havana. Of course, subject to the occasional water interruption, but otherwise good quality of service and facilities. Large rooms, good breakfast (included in our price). Oh, a/c worked well too! The best part? So much better placed than those large hotels located at the other end of town... More
