We are food lovers and after trying many recommended touristy paladars, we decided to go the opposite end of the spectrum and tried the food in the restaurant inside the Hotel Palacio del Marques de San Felipe y Santiago de Bejucal. It was the best food we had in Havana. It is more about the quality than the quantity. It... More

We stayed for 4 night here and we really enjoyed it. Nice renovated rooms, a bit funny smell when entering the room though. The breakfast was not buffet, but you could choose anything from the menu. We preferred this, as the service is more attentive, the quality of food and drinks better, and you order only what you will eat.... More

We stayed several days in this hotel. The location was terrific. It was quiet but central. the staff were always friendly and helpful and we could not recommend it highly enough. On our return we were upgraded to a suite which was simply stunning.

This hotel is situated in the heart of old center Havana, on a traffic free square, a really TOP location. The rooms were OK, however there are some remarks; Every 2 min. there was this buzzing sound which came back 24/24h and was annoying. When you take a shower, the whole bathroom is literally flooded. Breakfast is not in buffet... More

This is a lovely hotel perfect location too. Not just another soul less hotel. Good food and perfect Mojitos best gin and tonics ever too. We really enjoyed the Tropicano Club go there in preference to all other cabarets.

Nice hotel, nice room, though pity about so much purple, nice bathroom though it flooded every time I had a shower. I happened to talk to other guests in the lift and they said the same happened in their rooms. The real disappointment is the staff. They do not care. About you or what you might want. I was there... We stayed for four nights at the beginning of our holiday and this hotel was the best of three that we stayed at throughout our time in Cuba. The building itself is beautifully restored with the external of the building sympathetic to its surroundings. With only 27 rooms the hotel offered an intimate, bijou feel and my friend and I... Cuba is not over endowed with great hotels and if you go there expecting western standards you will probably be disappointed. We were, too, but this place deserves a positive mention. The rooms are modern and comfortable, nothing extraordinary, but we found the food and the staff service were exceptionally good and we have stayed in a few different places... More

We stayed three nights and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and gave some good advice and tips on where to eat, money changing, atm locations etc. the location is perfect, it is near the Plaza Vieja so everything you want is within an easy walking distance. the breakfast was a la carte and had a good...
