We stayed 3 nights in the casa of Alexis and Mary. Unfortunately our room was without a window which was not very comfortable for us. Nevertheless we had a small private bathroom. The room was properly cleaned every day. The hosts are helpful also by coordinating stays in other cities. After having stayed in other casas we had the impression... More

Taxi transfers arranged, very well-located, warm and welcoming, Miguel very helpful in preparing refreshments and food when we asked. Clean, tidy, and delivers a real Havana Vieja experience. The roof terrace is rather pleasant as well, though word of caution to those not so enamoured with stairs - this is up a few flights (though Miguel will happily take your... More

This Casa Particular it's perfectly located in the heart of la Habana Vieja, the oldest and most charming part of the city. The owners and their sons are very friendly and helpful. They helped me and my friend to organise our trip in and outside La Habana. Mary contacted and booked for us other casas particular in different cities and we... More

I've been there with my husband and my 2 year old son for 4 nights. The room was excellent, tidy and clean with a separate private bathroom. In addition, the terrace was great with a good space where to chill out and have a mojito. We also had breakfast there, which was very nice, including fresh seasonal fruit. The family... More

I stayed with friends in this Casa Particular for couple of days , even returning for our last coming by to Havana after traveling around the country. I liked the fact that the casa is in the center of Old Havana, making this point very comfortable for going out and discover the city. Mary is a great host , she... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed here three nigths. We had a warm welcoming and felt comfortable and welcomed at once. The first nigth we had a room without a window and due to the terrible heat we asked the next day if it was possibility to change to a room with window, and so we did, without any questions. Our... Alexis and Mary run a nice Casa Particular in which service is well understood. You are welcomed in the family and may concern the house as yours. Room we had was spacious, clean and did have a comfortable matras, something that is not common in Cuba and you appreciate when crossing the country using casas particulares. Breakfast keeps you fit... More

We were actually transplanted here from Hostal Leonel. As we were the other half of a big group, half of us stayed here for the night and mainly to sleep. We requested to eat breakfast at the other Hostal to rejoin our group. The room my husband and I stayed in was an airconditioned room for two-- spacious, with a... More

We can't judge the house because, despite having booked really months in advance, we could not sleep there. As soon as we arrived from the airport, a man (Alexis?) brought us to a neighboor without giving further explanations. The room we got was really not nice and also a bit smelly. It was really disappointing and we found it unfair... More

We had pre-booked all 4 rooms in the casa but unfortunately, part of our group was delayed for 2 days. I had told Mary that we would make good so she wouldn't lose money. Well, she certainly didn't lose, she gained. First off, when we arrived there were only 3 rooms-the fourth was being renovated. Of those 3 rooms, we... More
