Situated in Old Havana, this hotel is a perfect representation of old world charm. It gives the discerning traveller exacting what you would expect from Cuba nostalgia. Wandering around the inside of the hotel is like taking a time warp and ending up in a bygone era. It is truly amazing! For the smoking guest, you can enjoy Cuban cigars... More

The Inglaterra is in a great location, just across a leafy square to one of the main streets of Old Havana so easy to visit many of the sites tourists are likely to want to see. The public areas - reception, lobby, dining room - are magnificently decorated in Moorish style with beautiful tiled walls and decorated columns. Such a... More

Nice enough hotel with lotsnif character, ideally located within the old town, so you don't need a taxi. Breakfast was average, one day they constantly ran out of various food items and cutlery and nothing got done unless you asked! Every night there was a man playing his stereo loudly in the bar, very strange. Wouldn't stay there again. Havana... More

We stayed 11th jan 2015 for 1 week. The staff good , hotel well located and we believe value for money considering the location . The breakfast was a little chaotic at times with a lack of knives, folks spoons, cups saucers, plates & glasses but this is Cuba & not everything runs like clockwork, but the staff tried to... More

Excellent location - only minutes walk from the old squares and streets. Old traditional hotel - original features in the entrance hall, dining room and bar fascinating. Terrace outside main entrance is great place to enjoy a rum and watch the world go by! But the piece de resistance is the roof terrace - live music overlooking old Havanna !... More

It is our last night in Havanna before back home and we wanted to tried different hotel to see. It is same area with Savilla Hotel, very good location. Internet was not working so we have to go to other hotel. The room is too small and very dark, bathroom is also the same.

Hotel is in a great location. Our room had minimal natural light and had a smell of damp. The outdoor seating area was great (of course there was a good live band playing.) Surprising that check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 1430 and it took some persuasion for the staff to agree to an early check in. The... More

A great location, some lovely old character, and a piece of Cuban history, but not as good as it could have been. We stayed in three different rooms, ranging from a pokey hole to a very nice and modern room looking over the Central Park. Beware any room on the side furthest from the Malecon, they are close to a... More

We stayed here for one night on our last night in Havana. The hotel itself is beautiful with a lot of character. Our room was nice, large and clean. We loved the old style room with dated furniture and interesting adornments. We had a small balcony in which to watch the life on the street. We had three good sized... More
