I would stay here again. I liked the hotel- right across the street from the Malecon. The neighborhood is in a more quiet residential neighborhood. Before 1959 Riviera was a legend - Frank Sinatra asisted the Grand opening of the hotel. Now I found it still charming and good value for the money. Take room on the 19 floor, the best are with the terrace. The pool is quite nice.

Stayed here for 4 days. Excellent Hotel - rooms very spacious and nicely furnished, nice dressing area and great bathroom and breakfast which was buffet service was very good. A short distance from Havana main town but wasable to take open topped bus into town - no problem. would recommend this hotel.
