A comfortable hotel, habitanciones pleasant, comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and ready to provide good service. Maria Elena, the general manager, a nice person .... concerned about every detail of the hotel. The lobby bar with excellent and attentive service. Front Desk excellent. The restaurant meals are not bad. Good stay and I recommend it is near the city of... More

This hotel is great value for the peso, if you are a diver the onsite dive shop run by octavio is a must . He can take you out to a nice shipwreck just offshore, equipment was good and he is very knowlegable . All for 60 pesos ! For trips into town forget the tourist taxis and walk 2 blocks... More

This hotel is indeed the odd one out, perhaps Canadians and Americans may beg to differ, I'm an (ex pat Yank) this place offers all that one would expect of comfort, security and generally just a laid back sorta ambiance. We are two retired pensioners from 'down under' but we are discerning 'cheap skates', for value, this is a pearl,... More

The biggest disadvantages of this hotel, in my opinion, is its location. It is situated 10-15 km far away from the downtown of the Havana and all touristic attractions you should see there. It means that you need 10$ (for one direction) and 15-20 minutes driving (also for one direction) every time you want to go to the Center. So,... More

Located right on the seashore, in the pretty, leafy western suburb of Miramar, about a 10-15 minute cab ride from Old Havana. When taking a taxi to-from downtown, agree on the fare before you get into the cab. One way from the Copacabana to downtown can vary from 6 cuc to 12 cuc. But 12 is very high; we usually... More

I didn't stay here, but my friends did. I spent one day here: - at the pool - I used their room to clean up - lobby bar after dinner. Service was great at the pool and lobby bar. The room was small but clean. I'd recommend this if you're looking for a 3 star in Miramar.

I stayed in this hotel during my 10 day stay in Havana. The best word I could use to describe experience there is "excellent". The staff is super friendly, caring, and they go long ways to please their clients. Service is beyond average for similar hotels, so you will feel right at home the minute you walk into the lobby... When travelling to Cuba, one should not expect perfection. The hotel was damp (probably because it was on the sea), the tile floors dirtier than necessary, and like in the rest of the island, the internet connection was painfully slow. Despite all that, I loved the hotel because of its proximity to the sea, the variety of the food at... More

Well, my friend and I were at the pool’s area of the Copacabana hotel 21.11.2010. Admission fee was 5 CUC for person which includes a beach towel. The above mentioned area consists of two swimming pools, one of them filled with sweet water and surrounded by beach beds, and a pool bar which is reasonably priced. Actually, another pool is...
