We stayed at Martha's in July. Martha is very kind and made us feel at home right form the start! Room and bathroom were excellent. From the 14th floor you get a nice view over the city. Breakfast was also very good! All in all, highly recommended, thank you Martha!

We had a great time at this casa and really liked not being in the busy center of Habana Vieja. Instead, we had a clean room with a big shower and a great view, so it was the best choice for us. The streets can be a little noisy at night, but then the roosters in Vinales were really loud,... More

This casa was a great place to stay. Good value, great rooms, nice breakfast and Martha is very nice and helpful. It is a bit of a walk into the historic centre but very close to Malecon and other attractions nearby.

We stayed one night at Martha's Guesthouse in the Vedado section of Havana after returning from the countryside. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the views from the the wrap-around balconies are stunning. The apartment is on the 14th floor of a high rise building on Presidente Ave a short walk to the Malecon. The guest room that we stayed... More

Very good location close to all interresting sites in Havana. Easy access and friendly owners, good breakfast. The inner patio is quite. Ask for the rooms giving to the patio because the one giving to the street is very noisy.

Had a great stay at Martha's - we stayed when we arrived for three days and the booked in for when we were returning to fly home. Martha was just the right micx of friendliness without getting in your face - which made it more genuine. She helped us in contacting Iberia when our bags went missing on the flight... More

Martha's was a very pleasant surprise. I would never have expected such a place for that price. Our room was spacious with a clean and cute bathroom, A/C, lots of space for clothes, a fridge (refilled daily with beer, cola and water) and great views over the city. The living and dining rooms were also very stylish and nice, and... More

I stayed at Martha's with a friend, first two nights and after couple of days in Trinidad two nights more because we were so pleased with the place. Host Martha was a nice lady, for example she arraigned an accommodation for us when we went to see Trinidad. She also speaks English which was convenient as our Spanish wasn't that... More

Martha was a very helpful host. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until very late but Martha was still welcoming. The breakfasts were very good and the Casa was clean and very well kept. The photos on this page do not show the full casa. The main flat is very nice and if full she will lead you... More

We stayed at Marthas in Havana for a total of 12 nights in March / April 2011. On arrival you enter the building (an 18 storey tower block) through the garage which is a little dark and daunting, but then once you get up to Marthas on the fourteenth floor, you’re greeted by a whole new world. The apartment (almost... More
