We stayed here when first arriving to cuba. It was a good place to start as my spanish is very rusty. 30cuc/night. Good breakfast, dinner available (sometimes)but too big. Order one between two. Friendly staff and very clean. Long walk up stairs, do not stay here if you have mobility issues. Room seven was quiet with a good strong and... More

Lovely rooms, very clean, freshly painted rooms and new bathrooms. Quite a hike up two flights of stairs that become narrower as you ascend but well worth the effort. The bed linens are changed every day. Very friendly and approachable staff. The food and breakfast in particular was disappointing. Would come here again.

We had a lovely room in this casa. The staff were really friendly, even the ones we couldn't communicate with that well due to our miniscule spanish skills. The food was yummy at breakfast and a very big dinner spread of traditional cuban food. We met lots of other travellers here who we saw on our onwards journey around cuba,... More

Everything about this casa was fantastic - the location, the staff, the food! The rooms were not fancy but they had everything you would need for 4 days in Havana and they were clean. All rooms were cleaned each morning which was appreciated. All staff we encountered were so great, the ones that couldn't speak English really made an effort... More

I wrote a lovely review for Casa Emilio, but I think it's the same as this. In any case-- aaaahhhmazing roof deck, great food (especially breakfast), fantastic staff and cozy rooms. As much as I'd like to experience other casas in La Habana, I can't imagine not sharing a cup of coffee with Leo and the gang there. Dinner and... More

This casa is actually 2 separate Casas joined together. We booked with friends and they were put next door on top floor and we were on the ground floor on a separate building, which was annoying. The photos on the trip advisor page do not match the accommodation we received. We stayed 2 nights. The breakfasts were not particularly good... More

Beautiful Casa in a convenient location in Old Havana. Safe, clean and friendly. We ate dinner & had drinks on the rooftop bar most nights (a definite must) and enjoyed breakfast one day in the dining room. There was at least one person in the Casa at most times that spoke English. The steps up to the top floor are... More

This is a really great place to stay in Havana - central ( within very easy walking distance of all the main sites) and also comfortable and welcoming.. Don't be put off by the street or front door of this casa - inside it is warm, very elegant and lively, with great staff who speak good English, excellent food and... More

Stayed here for two nights. A great location you can walk around Old Havana with ease. It is near the cathedral where there is some great little restaurants. Only problem is it is quite noisy even when you are a long way up. We had a room beside the kitchen and people would start working at 6am including a toddler... More
