We didn't actually get to stay at Casa 1932 (it's apparently booked up 6 months in advance), but Luis Miguel was so helpful to us in finding really nice alternative accommodation, both in Havana and through his "Andarin" network in other towns across Cuba. It was a God-send (especially in August high season), whenever we got off the bus at... More

We didn't actually get to stay here, but we visited the property and met with the incredibly helpful Luis. He was booked, but put us up in his friends property, just around the corner. Luis was available to us the whole trip and his B&B is beautiful.

This was my first time in Havana and Luis and his staff made everything easy for us. The 1930's property, with French hanging chandeliers, a crystal cuban chandelier, memorabilia including Quebec license plates ( in the courtyard) and well appointed rooms was superb. Breakfast in the dining room was a perfect way to start the day, and dinner was a... More

We stayed in this casa for four nights in July and were made to feel really welcome by the host Luis. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a private bathroom and we loved the art deco decor. The breakfasts in the morning were fantastic with lots of fresh fruit, juice, bread, eggs and coffee. Would definitely recommend... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the property, the staff and owner to be excellent in every way. Perfect introduction to Cuba. The room was peaceful, air-conditioned with on suite, the breakfast and dinner were well priced and extremely filling. Located a short walk from the main attractions and the sea wall, it was a little slice of... More

We had a brilliant stay at this casa in the old part of Havana. It was only a block away from the Malecon and easy walking distance to most Havana highlights. The decore at the casa was incredible - mainly art deco - and the service was 5 star. Our room was large with ensuite and airconditioning. Great breakfast too.

This property is simply like no other in the city. Just as you approach the door you will already start to appreciate the mosaic tiles and decor. But the best is yet to come. The case is absolutely stunning and the proud owner adds to the cozy atmosphere. Book in advance to guarantee yourselves a spot at this case particular.... More

We were originally going to stay in one of the hotels in town but were lucky enough that a room opened up in 1932 through a cancellation. We stayed in the economic room which was perfect and has its own private bathroom. Overall for the price that Luis charges this is certainly the best value in Havana and I would... More

We did not stay at 1932, but Luis put us in touch with another casa. We spent some time at Casa 1932 and it was wonderful. Luis was incredibly helpful in helping us find accommodation across Cuba and he made us feel very welcome at all times. Would certainly recommend getting in here if you can, but don't sit on... Luis was welcoming from the minute we contacted him and nothing was to hard for him to organise. Casa 1932 is like stepping back in time with its wonderful art nouveau and eclectic collectables. Fantastic hospitality, substantial food for a great price with comfortable lodgings. Air-conditioning available if needed, hot water available if needed and most essentially a great place... More
