Rather quiet in spite of the vicinity to the massiv traffic on San Miguel, especially good the rooms not facing Lealtad. Bakery across the street, Nice and friendly people, good breakfirst, supper better elsewhere. My only complain is on the cleaning and lack of new towels.

We stayed at Casa Miriam for 4 nights with my 2 kids aged 3 & 5. The house is amazing.. stunning tall ceilings & a balcony that looks over a beautiful street that heads down to the water. You really feel like you are living amongst the locals. Initially we were going to stay in a hotel but they can... More

Casa Miriam is set in an old colonial mansion that has been divided into two houses, the Casa itself is on the first floor reached by a flight of stairs. Entrance is through a locked door and then through another door that must be opened by someone within so it’s very safe. The room we stayed in was very clean... More

Casa Miriam is perfect place for everyone who wants to feel real Havana, very close to the city centre and Malecon. Hosts are so kind and helpful, you’ll get all necessary information (in English and Spanish) and they can arrange things for you (taxi or accommodation in other Cuban cities). Rooms are big and clean with bathrooms (showers with always... More

After doing a bit of research this was where I nervously booked my first few nights in Cuba! Was a great decision! You really do want to stay in a Casa Particulare when visiting Cuba, or at least for most of your stay. There are no "western" hotel chains. The bigger hotels are all government run, and you should support... More

This is a cool place, right in the centro where u want to be, not touristy but close enough to that if u want it. Just in the action & blocks from the ocean. People are very friendly, Yali is helpful & the place is clean & beautiful. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks very much.

Wasn't sure what to expect going to Havana, but Casa Miriam set us off on the right foot. Initially I wasn't sure what to make of the decor, but it was very homely, the rooms were quite spacious and there was a fan and air conditioning unit in both rooms that our party used. The daughter of the family had... More

We stayed in this casa for 3 nights, and later we came back because the hostel was great. Because we came on different days, we saw three different rooms, so I think we can tell a lot about the whole casa. The rooms are very clean and luxurious. The showers are very nice, and every room has a fan and... More

We stayed in this house for 2 days during the summer. Everything is very clean, there's a safe in the bedroom and we also had a ensuite bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable but we could sleep fine. There air conditioning and the fan worked very well. The breakfast was tasty and big enough. The owners of the house... More
