It all depends what you want to compare the Moka with....by Cuban standards it is pretty good, by European standards, it struggles. La Moka is a lovely, peacefull hotel and a great contrast to Havana. The staff are friendly and helpful and we found our 2 night stay very relaxing and enjoyed walking in the lovely scenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the restaurant is adequate if not spectacular. The pool is also a real bonus. more

This is a very unusual place, being man-made but very beautiful with lots to do both in the complex and further afield. Facilities were fine by Cuban standards and food was average Cuban, but do try the vegetarian restaurant just below the hotel.
