Firstly, Bonaire is a marvellous, largely undiscovered paradise out of the hurricane belt. It's not really a luxury, high maintenance place - there are enough of those plaguing the Caribbean - this place is much more of a bohemian and diver destination. Tropicana is a clean place to stay and offers really good value. For budget accomodation I would find it hard to find fault.
