hotel reception area very clean and we reciceve warm welcome but the lift was not clean infact it need replacing .we upgraded to deluxe suite it was very nice but furniture in bedroom dusty.the loud music did not bother us we enjoyed it .Restaurant and bar at hotel very good service but needs more veggie food for breakfast . more

Very basic, no welcome drink or bathrobe as advertised. Hotel centrally located, good for walking or taxis. Drawbacks, pool located in front of hotel, next to street and loud techno bar in front of hotel, adjacent to pool. No peace with terrace door open at night. more

We have been at South Beach every year for the past 7 years for Christmas. Drama every year (no hot water for 8 days last year) But this year takes the cake. New resturant and bar with VERY loud tecno music that might as well be in your room. New bar behind the hotel plays hard rock all night long.... more
