Really enjoyed my time here. The guesthouse is in a beautiful location and the rooms are clean, confortable and the whole place well looked after. I can't speak highly enough of all the people there - very friendly , relaxed and helpful. So a big thank you to Zed, Claudia, Junior, Jason and mel. Can't wait to come back -... more

When was the last time you cried as you pulled away from a vacation spot with your host, hostess and baby host waving good-byes as the surf rolled in behind them and the palm trees swayed? Sound like a movie scene?! It was reality yesterday as our 6 day visit at Surfer's Point came to an end. Zed, Claudia, Melinda,... more

My husband and I came to Surfer's Point Guest House because we wanted to celebrate our honeymoon at a place that reflected us as a couple. We are very simple, nature-loving people who wanted a down-to-earth, character filled place with easy-going people. We got that by the bucketload when we arrived - Melinda made us feel instantly welcome, Junior kept... more

This place is very low key, no frills and far off the beaten track but absolutely fantastic. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful - with Melinda, Jason, Junior, Claudia and Zed you will feel at home away from home. Overall there are seven apartments, we stayed in the one called Driftwood. It is a great place with... more

This was our second trip to Surfer's Point in less than a year. I didn't think it could get any better than our first visit but sure enough it did! Once again everything was so clean and comfortable. Zed, Claudia and Melinda were so accommodating as usual. We met so many wonderful people that we never wanted to leave.. Thanks... more

We stayed here for an extended 2 week trip and will be back. A few things to note: 1. This place isn't in a tourist zone - you are away from all of that and that has its pluses and minuses. Pluses: quite, safer, a sense of belonging, few pressures. Minuses: its hard to leave (because you wont want to)... more

My girlfriend and I visited Barbados for the second time and stayed with Zed and Co. at Surfer's Point again as we love the service, atmosphere and amazing attitude of the people who stay there and above all staff who enjoy what they do and have fun doing it. Zed, Melinda, Claudia, Jason and Junior are excellent in making people... more

2 friends and I stayed in the apartment called Star Gazer (#1). First floor, overlooking the beach (ON the beach really), with huge balcony AND a massive private roof terrace. The apartment was extremely spacious, with 3 main rooms, a separate kitchen, bathroom and separate loo. 3 single and one double bed. The location is amazing, small white sand beach,... more

Everyone there is so kind and laid back. It's such a relaxing place. You can lay in lawnchairs all day and watch the surf or get out into the surf. They rent great surfboards and the rooms are really nice. The local buses go right past there so you can get anywhere on the island really easily. After spending a... more

We stayed at Surfers Point for my son's 18th and had an awesome time. Surfers point was the most amazing location and so chilled - waking up and hearing the surf was incredible and the views were breathtaking. Thanks to Melinda for making us all feel welcome. Zed was the best surf instructor ever, we all stood during our 1st... more
