We recently spent 3 nights (11th-14th June) at Mango Bay. This was our first trip to the Barbados. The hotel was much smaller than expected but it nice. The hotel is at the waters edge and the sea is accessed via steps. The steps could use some repairs and the railing needs to be extended straight from the top to... more

super friendly staff especially the manager who comes out each day to walk around and check we are all happy. Great rooms although our view was completely blocked by trees. clean friendly and very efficient. Water sports such as water skiing, snorkelling and a free catamaran ride is a must and everyone is so nice. Would definitely return. Food is... more

We spent 10 nights at Mango Bay for our honeymoon. This was our first trip to the Caribbean and our first all inclusive holiday. We were really impressed with the hotel, it was not too big which suited us. The rooms were lovely (we had a 3rd floor superior room overlooking the pool), and it was kept very clean every... more

I have never written a resort/hotel review before, but felt compelled to do so once we got back to New York. This was our first trip to Barbados - and obviously Mango Bay. From the moment we arrived we felt the warmth of the staff. We were greeted with a welcome rum punch and given a tour of the facility,... more

We (four) returned to Mango Bay on May 17th for 2 short weeks. The welcome was as ever warm, we were checked in quickly enabling us to enjoy the afternoon of our arrival. The staff always book incoming guests for a 7.00pm meal knowing that you will be tired from the journey and we in the UK are 5 hours... more

After reading all the wonderful reviews onTrip Advisor - I had high expectations. Everyone raves about the Staff, but I couldn't believe how completely unfriendly the staff were. I am used to Mexico I guess where everyone smiles and says hello. No one says Smiles or says Hello. The Maids won't even smile. It was extremely weird actually. I was... more

We stayed at Mango Bay twice in 07 and 08. The hotel provided an instance feeling of relaxation and the warmth of the staff was amazing. I have certainly never been to the same hotel twice. Writing this so late in the day as recently realised how important trip advisor is in making the right decision and you will not... more

Just back from two weeks of R&R at Mango Bay. Superb staff and very good accommodation. We had only booked Standard Room, but had to move after 2 nights from Room 002 in Condo adjoining the main site, due to drainage problems, but were given free upgrade to ground floor Superior Pool View Room. Nothing was too much trouble for... more

My wife and I have just returned from 2 weeks at Mango Bay Hotel, part of which was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. From the outset we were treated as first class guests even though we had only booked a standard room. Flowers were delivered to our room F.O.C. just because we were there for our anniversary. We have... more
