This is one of the better All Inclusive Hotels on the West Coast of Barbados. Officially a three star, but pushing four star in many areas. As others have stated, the beaches on the West Coast are golden sand rather than white and generally quite narrow. There is a nice little beach here. You do get pestered by beach vendors... more

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights at the Mango Bay back in February and it was a great stay. The rooms are beautifully appointed with the most comfortable bed we have ever experienced in a hotel. It was our second visit to the island and our first the Mango Bay and we would recommend it. The food was... more

This is a great 3 star hotel. We just came back from a very relaxing 10 days there. Our room was really nice. Spacious & with a huge & very comfortable bed. We paid extra for an ocean view room. We were on the third floor with a direct view & it was fabulous! We spent many evenings having a... more

This was my forth trip to Barbados but my first trip to Mango Bay and I can say its the best hotel I have stayed in so far on the Island. Brilliant location, near to shops, bars and restaurants(the mews is deffinately worth missing a meal in the hotel), not to far from Brigetown and The gap. The beach is... more

I'll keep this brief as most things have been said before. Check in friendly and quick, but rooms were not ready when we go there (3.30 ish) so we were taken to the bar and the holiday began! Waited about half an hour for our rooms - 2 ocean front. Comfortable beds, spottlessly clean room and bathroom. Nice quality toiletries... more

As most of the reviews have said, Mango Bay is a very pretty, intimate (in the sense that it is small) place. The natural scenery is beautiful, the weather was perfect, etc. etc. Our only caveat is for American travellers who (if we and the Americans we met in Barbados are any indication) have different expectations than many British travellers.... more

If you bought this trip using only their website, you will be slightly disappointed on arrival. But please remember this is the Caribbean. Once settled in this hotel, it can give you a fabulous, relaxing holiday. If you like snorkelling and fishlife this hotel is well placed for local reefs, with Folkstone Marina to one side and a shipwreck site... more

my 5th visit to this wonderful island and by far the most enjoyable, this hotel is a real find, have never stayed in 'all inclusive' before as normally would expect to receive pretty average food and drink, nothing could be further from the truth, excellent restaurant with great variety, great service and a lovely bar area with a chilled, laid... more

As always there seem to be mixed reviews and as always I write what I find rather than be influenced by others !! We arrived at the Mango Bay after a long flight to be greeted with smiles, service and a rum punch with lots of rum and even more punch. Check in was friendly, efficient and without fuss. Our... more
