The best features were that the staff was friendly and the beach beautiful. Thomas Cook, My Travel, First Choice, & Thompson crew seem to be the only guests there. We arrived at the Grand because our flight was cancelled. We were staying at the Hilton before and what a pleasant surprise. The view of Carlisle Bay from the Grand Barbados is much better than the Hilton, their rooms are bigger and the beach is out of this World !! The wow factor of ariving here at night and realising how close tto the beach we were was brilliant. Seeing the beach in the daylight was even better. I think this is the best beach in Barbados.
