I have been going to Bermuda for over 20 years and I have found Royal Heights is the most comfortable, unbelievable view of the Sound and relaxing. It is small but you get to meet many visitors from all over the world.

The owners of the guest house makes you feel like it is our home! It is located off the main road but close to everything within walking distance, short cab ride or bus.

I intend to go to Bermuda for many years to come and hope I get to stay there in the future.

This guest house is a great lower-cost option in Southampton, BDA. Clean, comfortable rooms, great views, and has its own private pool/deck overlooking the Great Sound. Short walk to the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and Southampton Princess Resort for dining/golf. At the top of a large hill, so if you rent a scooter it's ideal - we didn't, so we got some exercise hiking back up from the bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Stayed for four nights in September 2002 and would definitely return!
