The dinner last night was excellent. We had seared scallops and a heirloom and buffalo mozzarella salad to start. Both were melt in your mouth delicious. Then there was a lamb shoulder and grilled lamb loin dinner with fingerling potatoes and golden harvard beets. The tastes were divine.
