Unbelievably one of the dive instructors appeared to be drunk at our lesson; eastern european guy, Andre or something like that. When we complained to te management, they laughed it off. I even complained to the hotel management, but no joy. Will never return. more

Managers at Elbow Beach today announced the closure of its main hotel on November 30 - which could stay empty for several years. .. Although the hotel and grounds were very beautiful and VERY quiet (indoors and out), we thought the restaurants were VERY expensive. The accommodations and every thing else about the hotel were worth it, if only for 5-6 days. The service personnel were exceptionally helpful, since my husband is somewhat disabled. Wonderful 3 day stay. We stayed here 8 years ago and the place was taken over by Madarin Oriental hotels....nice upgrade. Rooms were very nice, staff warm and friendly.
