The Phoenix is located on the Egle Beach side of Palm Beach... if that makes sense. I think it's a great location and since it is on the end of Palm Beach there isn't an overcrowding problem like there is at most of the other hotels on Palm Beach. Okay, while true that there is clearly still some construction elements underway the resort itself is mostly complete and the new facilities are nice! The Beach Villas are brand new, and very nice. They are part of the Divi Phoenix and yet apart from it.
