We are normally a Marriott or Hyatt family, so I was really nervous about staying at a Holiday Inn. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The grounds are well cared for, bell stand extremely helpful and housekeeping/ maintenance extremely diligent. Yes, the hotel appears to be older, but the staff is taking very good care of her. It... just returned from our 3rd stay here; it is a holiday inn, nothing fancy. very easy check in, no line (was Monday however). the beach & access are the best and easiest. of concern, one tower is closed and many rumors about the future of the hotel. would hate to not have this location available! We have taken a family vacation at this hotel in 7 of the past 8 years, so I feel qualified to comment. Holiday Inn Aruba is definitely on the skids. Despite the high prices charged, they make no efforts to significantly improve the property. Little and big things: The same tiles are missing from the pool trim as last year.... More

Stayed a week with the wife and two kids (12 and 9 years old) at the end of March. Overall, we enjoyed our time here this week and we were able to relax and enjoy some family time. The positives: Great location! Right on the water, close to restaurants and activities. Easy to get here from the airport Great weather!... More

We actually only spent one night here while waiting for the rest of my group to show up and to then stay at the Hyatt, two properties down the beach from this one. This was a reasonably priced, clean hotel with nice standard rooms (as you would find in U.S. Holiday Inns)...and it was directly on the beach (great beach... More

The resort was no longer All-Inclusive, which is fine, as I think it helped me stay on a more manageable diet. The restaurant fares were fine, but very expensive. However, the food in the area are all expensive, so if you are OK with spending over 150.00$ in meals per day , then you probably won't mind sampling the highly... More

My wife and me stayed for 4 nights, great location, great service, the only bad things was the A/C in our Room, it wasn't working ok. We reported it and they look at it but it wasn't anything wrong with it. We would visit the Hotel again, great mini vacatiosn, sadly we had to come home. More

This was my first time actually staying in Aruba. Have been there many times on a cruise ship. This was a gift so I didn't pick the place, but knowing that I prefer All Inclusive, they chose this hotel for me. Upon arrival, the front desk is very slow, and very unhelpful. They handed me a charge card and said... More

I stayed back in August 2011 and now looking at going back again this year. I traveled for business last year and brought my 4 month baby and husband. We had such a great time- stayed in ocean front room and had spectacular views of sunset and sunrise. Perfect location and the best beach you can find in Palm Beach. More

Super nice beach and very safe area. Food was OK, drinks were a little weak. We were on the all inclusive. Never any issues getting a spot on the beach or chairs. Clean place. WIsh they had child care at night so my wife and I could have had dinner alone 1 night. Rooms were clean and no issues there. More
