The staff at the Occidental was very accommodating. My wife and I weren't completely happy with the view and arrangement in our initial room, but the staff made arrangement for us to change to a room that we both loved. Fanny in the Palm restaurant went above and beyond expectations to make us comfortable and feel like special guests. more

This was our 8th vacation at the Occidental Grand Aruba. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We feel that Eugene, Carmen, & Fanny are always there to help us, and make our stay enjoyable.
