We just returned from the Marriott Stellaris, and it is a superb value for the money. We booked on Priceline and stayed for well under the published rates. The hotel was terrific. I was concerned about the renovations, but you maybe heard some noise in the distance while you were at the beach, but they just started the North Tower rooms. Everyone stays in the new rooms, which are delightful. Great AC, nice rooms. Suprised with Plasma TVs they dont have HD though. The lobby is very nice.... more

Just a great hotel! There should be no complaints. Yes, somethings are pricey but it is a resort, it comes with the territory, There is minor construction going on but it doesn't really affect anything. Everyone was friendly and helpful. What a great place! About a $20 cab from the airport but room overlooked the beautiful blue water. Check in was a breeze. Staff seemed almost too friendly. Housekeeping came by every 2-3 hours to see if we needed more towels and would call to double check if we did not accept. Room was clean and huge king size bed.... more
