This was our (hubby & I) second stay here. Even though very large hotel, grounds expansive and well maintained/sculptured, so never really felt extremely crowded. Well designed layout is such that almost all rooms have at least a pool/partial ocean view. Adult only pool with keyed entry a huge plus, towels and bar service efficient. Room was large with double... More

We really liked this hotel. Beach was beautiful. Service was excellent and food was great. Although an expensive hotel at the Tradewinds Club level, the value was there, and other costs were moderate. I deducted one star because there was quite a bit of noisy maintenance going on near the adult pool. It was eight hours of hammer on chisel... More

We stayed at the Marriott in January - went as a couple for a 6 day get away from the cold winter. We have been to Aruba previously and stayed at The Marriott Surf Club. As we were traveling without kids, we chose the Marriott Stellaris, and specifically the Tradewinds floor, for some quiet adult time. We can not say... More

Our first time on the island. We are Marriott groupies from way-back, and were able to stay here on accumulated reward points in what would otherwise have been a $500+ per night standard king room with partial ocean view upgraded at no charge to full ocean view (which sits right above the expansive pool area in the foreground). Thanks, Marriott!... More

From the moment we checked in to the Marriott to the moment we checked out it was a wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The accommodations were beautiful and the beach and pool were the best. They had several nice restaurants, but our favorite was Simply Fish where we ate on the beach in the evening and... More

Our stay at the Marriot Aruba was a family vacation and everything about the experience was exemplary. The staff at the adult pool was fantastic - they provided us with towels after the ever so brief rain showers and the pool bar staff seemed to know when we were thirsty as well. If you wanted to hang out on the... More

Dear John K, It sounds like your first time encounter with Aruba was like a great first date. Renting a car was indeed a great idea as the Island is worth exploring. There are many things to do both in and on the water as well away from the water. It was great to read that you enjoyed the property... More

We went on a family vacation and was in Aruba for almost 2 weeks so decided to split the time between the Stellaris and another hotel closer to town. Location: the hotel is located in the quieter section of Aruba but walking distance to the plaza with movies, restaurants and shopping. It's also situated next to the cluster of Marriott... More
