Worst place for the money! Road is tore up in front of it and there already was no parking. Hacking dog. Comforter had holes. Appliances disgusting. No hot water. If you leave your room, owner will enter and turn off air conditioner. No privacy.

Good location, 5 min walk to main center, 15 min walk from the beach and 3 large grossery stores. Ingrid and Stanley are very kind and serviceminded owners providing you with all information needed. I stayed at the A1 Apartments for 3 weeks while doing research at the University of Aruba. It was a great experience. Incredibly clean, safe and comfortable. Downtown Oranjestad is 6 minutes away walking. The beach is a 25 minute walk. You couldn't ask for a better place. It is cool, affordable, comfortable and has great wi-fi.

My stay at A1 Apt was good. I stayed in apt F and the room had all amenities,was always clean and quite comfortable. I felt very safe and Stan and Ingrid went above and beyond in making our stay wonderful.
