we have been to the Tamarijn twice and planning on going again next year. If you don't need luxury and fancy but want comfort and relaxation, this is the place. Clean, great service and use of two hotels. The beach is great, food is good and you can safely travel the Island.

In my life I have stayed in some excellent hotels four and five star , all over Europe, USA, Australia and the Far East. We went to Amsterdam for a weekend before flying to Aruba , got a good deal with KLM ,good flights but a bit tiring on the return. I reckon this hotel more like a three and... More

We just got back from spending a week at this resort. The rooms were amazing! The room we stayed in was just remodeled and was perfect for us. We walked right out to the beautiful beach. The food was good, the drinks especially good. The beaches were not horribly busy but you need to get up early if you want... More

I can not believe there are so many negative reviews of this hotel!! I travelled with my husband and 2 sons(9&4) and was lucky to go on a Thomson Dreamliner. We sat in premium economy and the service was excellent. On arrival in Aruba getting through the airport was very quick as was the transfer to the hotel. We was... More

We had a really nice time. We selected Aruba primarily because it was a direct flight from Boston. The Tamarijn seemed to be good value and neither of us are food/hotel snobs, so thought an all-inclusive would be a reasonable way to get away for our 20th anniversary - we had had good experiences at both Sandals (as a couple)... - Overall, everything was very good. - Buffett food was typical, but tasty. Any more than a week and I'm sure I would have gotten sick of it. - Restaurants were good, but still the food was a tad bit "industrial". My favorite was the Ginger Asian restaurant. - Furniture in room was a bit beat, but they were beginning... More

We stayed at the Tamarijn between November 7th -10th and while our experience wasn't terrible,it also wasn't all that we dreamed it to be. Upon arrival their staff greeted us and took our luggage into the reception area. When we check in at 3PM that front desk told us that our room still wouldn't be ready for another hour. They... More

Bar staff is SLOW ER then I've ever seen and rude ! Front desk is no better and concerieres desk actually laughed in my face ... place is... More

My room was great, King second floor room 1902 corner on the beach and next to the bar. The adjoining room my friends had, 1904, 2 queen beds, was nice as well. The food was average, most of the complaints are true. There are a lot of very friendly people that work at this resort. Shout out to Robbie the... More
