Blue water, white sand, warm sun, comfortable bed, good food, great drinks and a casino, what more could you want! This was our fifth trip to the Tam and we are counting the days until we can go again. A vacation is what you make of it, if you go expecting to be disappointed, you probably will be. We go... More

Good: location of the hotel was awesome - you'll literally wake up to the ocean in front of your balcony and you're steps away from sand/water. Water was also pretty warm/shallow that someone as scared of water like me, can enjoy it - to lounge or snorkel or pretend swim. Oh and the AC worked well in the room. OK:... More

We went to Aruba to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. We have done several cruises and wanted to try an All-Inclusive to a place that we had never been before. We arrived before check-in time, but had planned for that by putting swimsuit/trunks in our carry-on. The people at the desk were very nice and friendly. They told us... More

If you have stayed at the the Tam, you should know the "bingo" song. Bang! Back in Aruba, This time, all inclusive. We arrived at the Tam around 1:00PM. Greeted nicely by the front desk lady. We did the usual paperwork and we expected our room would not be ready until 3:00PM. When she told us the room was ready,... More

There are a lot of mixed reviews of the Tamarijn and I understand why. Not everyone is looking for the same thing. What I wanted was an oceanfront room with great views and the water and beach just a few steps away. My primary reason for this vacation was R&R. Here are a few things that you may find helpful:... This place is awesome. If you want a quiet place to just chill this is it. I think every room is on the beach. Open your door an the beach is steps away. The rooms are basic, nothing fancy but super clean and you have everything you need. This is a place where a couple can go or a family.... More

7 of us went to the Tamarijn July 5-12th. At the time of booking, we requested rooms close to one another, double beds, no smoking - all of these requests were honored, however, the rooms were located at the far northern end of the building (building 11). What was not disclosed is that the rooms from the pool north to... More

We went to the Tamarijn the week of July 12-19th. We had a great time. This is not a top of the line resort as others have said. What you will get is a safe resort with very clean rooms and great food. ROOMS: The rooms at the Tam are very very clean. They all have access to the beach... More

All in all, I would say the Tamarijn is a GOOD resort. The rooms are nice enough, and they all face the beach. You literally walk out of your room and you are on the beach. It's beautiful. The food is very good. All the restaurants were very good, and I was most impressed with the food at the buffet.... More

Back again, and enjoyed the place even more, not too much had changed, just the Divi Buffet was newly redesigned which was a bonus because we used that restaurant for our evening meals so that we could also use the bar that is next to the beach. We did have drinks at the Tam pool bar, to watch the sun... More
