We just returned from a seven day stay in the Ocean Suites with our family which included young 3 kids (under 7). I can't say enough wonderful things about the island beach which is reserved for Renaissance guests to use. Warm, calm water set up as a lagoon, spectacularly clean, no 'getting there early to reserve beach chairs' that you... More

Just spent spring break in Aruba. This is a great hotel for families. Not crowded like the high rise hotels. The room is a bit out dated but a great location. No need for a car. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The island is great too especially for small children as well as older kids. Rooms are quiet and... More

This is the only place we stay in Aruba. We aren't into the touristy stuff anymore, and the Renaissance - with their own private island - is just the ticket for us. The Ocean Suites fit us best and all of the rooms are being remodelled this year. The model room looks very nice. This was our 10th visit. It... More

Staying at the Renaissance Marina Resort, Hotel & Casino was the best choice by far. Our room was relatively small but very modern and extremely clean. The house keeping staff definitely did an outstanding job with cleaning the rooms & replenishing fresh towels on a daily basis. Both, the staff at the tour desk and the check - in counter... More

Although we had stayed in the Ocean Suites building, we had a great time!! The room we had was not at all impressive. It smelled like it was moldy, and VERY OUTDATED!! I knew it needed updating, but WOW,,,it should've been done years ago!!The room layout was so bazaar, and made no sense at all! Light switches hidden behind doors,... More

Spent the last three days of ten day Aruba trip at this hotel. Their island beachfront is great and is a great place to spend the day. This hotel and island is literally adjacent to the airport so you definitely hear planes taking off so loud that it can almost drown voices out. Starbucks is next door as well as... More

Our first trip to Aruba and we choose the Renaissance since it was in town. It was great. We stayed at the Marina Hotel which is small and adult only (the Ocean side hotel is for families) . Pool and lobby area were busy but not with the noise and commotion you find with family resorts. It had a quite... More

We just stayed at the newly renovated Renaissance Marina Resort for 4 nights. The rooms have been redone and are now bright with white duvet, curtains and accessories and a european style shower (half glass shower). Very clean, front desk personnel very efficient and helpful, wonderful pool area and all the amenities you could ask for. Their restaurants (Aquarius, Blue... More

We just returned from staying at the Renaissance and stayed in the Ocean Suites - not plush, but clean and had enough space for us and our two children, 9 and 12. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room which was nice. The kids club was non existent, but we didn't find that we needed it. There... More

Hotel is very dirty and very old bathrooms. I also booked this via priceline and they include the taxes but the hotel tries to take additional taxes from you.. Jonathan the Frontdesk Supervisor Priceline is the only one that does not cover this tax. He ask for me call priceline and take care of it. Very again Renaisssance...

Dear Hitesh - I regret to learn that you had a different understanding with regards to certain charges to be paid directly to the Hotel on Priceline bookings. Priceline hotel confirmation given to guests does indicate the following: Hotel will require major credit card to guarantee incidental charges (phone calls, room service, parking, resort fees, energy charges etc.) that you...
