Went over the 4th of july week. Third floor unit. Very nice unit with a view of Eagle Beach and great sunsets. The place was overall rather deserted so if you're looking for peace and quiet than this is a good choice. But if you want a more active or party atmosphere than stay elsewhere in Palm Beach.
