5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2012 NEW

This is our 2nd time at the resort. Both times we were in a 2 bedroom/2 bath villa. This time we had 2 balconies and a 3rd floor room overlooking the pool and beach. It was beautiful. Most of the guests here own a timeshare and are "retired" or at least older adults. I wouldn't suggest this resort to young... More

First, let me say i have been to many resorts and traveled to many islands, met a lot of people and keep coming back here. I am also one who likes a very CLEAN place to stay, with plenty of room, as nice or better accomodations than i have at home. (and i do live in a beautiful home) I have... More

My wife and I were very pleased with our exchange . I admit that a few of the reviews had us second guessing ourselves concerning the condition (age) of the resort but this proved not to be the case. Our one bedroom was a little dated but clean and comfortable.Anyone who complained about rooms being musty didn't read the instructions... More

We stayed at the PBV the first week in November 2011. Eagle Beach is "the beach" to be at. Our stay at PBV was good. We had a room on the second floor, phase 2, facing the ocean. The outside deck was the best part for us for our stay at PBV. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The... More

While the resort is located on the most beautiful beach and is in a very relaxing and quiet section of Aruba, the room was horrific. We had a 2 bedroom in phase one. The first night we opened the bed, there was hair on the sheets. The linens were very "bally" and old. The bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable. Have... More

My husband, 1 year old daughter, and mother-in-law stayed for 1 week in August 2010. We exchanged our timeshare for this place. By the end of our trip my husband and I were seriously considering buying a timeshare week. Many people we met there were timeshare owners of many years. It was quiet, the pool was never crowded, and the... More

We stayed recently at PBV and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked. All staff were pleasant and tried to please us. Any questions I had about the area were answered, including how to get to different places on Aruba. If I had to complain,... More

Was very unsure of this resort from the reviews that I read prior to going. We stayed in suite 227 and it was a nice room with a beautiful view of both the sea and the pool. Our room had a wrap around balcony which we spent alot of evening on just listening to the ocean. The room was clean... More

This is a small quiet resort across the road from Eagle beach. The staff are friendly and rooms are clean if not quite 5 star. The bus stops outside the resort and grocery store is a short ride towards town ($2.30 round trip). We were in a one bedroom with kitchen which was well stocked with dishwasher (bring some tablets),... More

Paradise Beach Villas is an older timeshare, but is located on Eagle Beach. We were in Unit 304, which was in the phase 1 building - if you have room xx0 - x14, it means you have 'garden view' and you are facing the parking lot! Your room location will definitely determine how you feel about this resort - everyone... More
