Our room was terrible. The maid service was so inconsistant. When they would come in and we were in the room, they insisted on coming in nomatter if we were busy or not. The service was VERY slow! Have just arrived back from Antigua sandals and cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble and we were pampered for the whole of our stay. We were upgraded on arrival and our suite overlooking the ocean was lovely. The food in all the restaurants was great and there was alot of choice. Would definately recommed this hotel. more
