Sandals Antigua should be ashamed of themselves. Booked a room in the "new section" of the hotel. Rooms not ready yet. They put us in an outdated room with a non working safe and never enough hot water. The staff at the restaurants/bars were horrible. I have just returned from a weeks stay at Sandals Antigua, it was my first Sandals experience and it was wonderful!
