We had a fantastic week here - paradise indeed. We had an accommodation only package and were upgraded to a beach suite. Lots of space, 2 tvs, great views, a/c. Flew with Virgin Atlantic for a one week stay at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the rooms and pool were spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts were excellent. We stayed room only as we tend to eat out at night even when we stay All Inc. the best retaurant on the beach is "the beach" just next to Sandals... more

I was a little wary having read reviews on this hotel, however I like to form my own opinion so my husband and I stayed at this hotel in September 2009. Flew with Virgin which we were looking forward to having seen lots of adverts saying how great it is...it wasn't !. stayed here in sept 09 for 2 weeks ai. found it to be ok it claims to be a 3 * and thats what it is locations nice,room was fine , not much to do at nights outside of the hotel, the foods ok have had a lot worse the pier was a bit of a drag very slow service... more

I stayed at the Halcyon Cove the week of Sept. 28/09 on business. I was placed there, didn't pick it myself so I was glad I didn't pay. Most guests were couples, mainly from the UK I think. Environment I agree with an earlier poster that this place needs some serious capital investment. All the rooms need a major upgrade... more
