Our stay at BBC was terrific, Michelle made our stay comforable and easy. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. You simply cannot go wrong staying here and it's worth the slight premium paid over neighbouring options. The superior room 11 we stayed in was modern, had a king bed, clean and efficient as we prepared some of our own... More

pros: --right on a great stretch of beach with very calm surf, so great for children and those who aren't very comfortable with the water. --extremely well maintained units. nothing extremely fancy but very clean and comfortable --having a kitchen to feed the kids easily was a big perk --staff were all wonderful --waking up to the sounds of birds... We have recently returned from a fantastic 11 night break at Buccaneer Beach Club. I can only re-iterate the positive comments made by previous travellers - this is one of the sweetest places I've ever stayed. Great location (it's RIGHT on the beach), spotlessly clean throughout, happy friendly staff who wear a smile like it's part of the uniform, pretty... More

We just returned from a stay in Cottage #1 at the Buccaneer and it was even nicer than we expected! The location on Dickenson Bay is perfect--convenient to the airport, town, and lots of restaurant choices nearby. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. They helped with reservations, directions, recommendations, etc. The property was very clean and well kept.... More

We stayed in one of the beach bungalows for spring break week. The kids loved the beach and the pool. The water was calm and safe for swimming. There were many options for meals within walking distance. I recommend the fish and chips food truck that comes twice a week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a... More

We had a self-catering unit at this hotel and were pleased we chose this and not one of the nearby large hotels in Dickenson Bay. For all those considering self-catering this is really the place to stay in Antigua. Antigua Village next door has a small convenience store, there are drinks and snacks to buy at Buccaneer reception, and also... More

But Buccaneer Beach Club fully deserves all the five star ratings that others have given it. There is always a moment of concern as one leaves the Airport bound for a base, in our case, for a month on an island. But my wife and I spoke as one when we said with great satisfaction, "Florida, 1990s,' once we settled... More

This was our second visit to the Buccaneer Beach Club and it was just as great as the first! The club is a few paces from the great location of Dickenson Bay and right next to the Coconut Grove restaurant. All apartments are a good size and have balcony or terrace overlooking the beautiful tropical garden and pool. The staff... More

Buccaneer Beach Club is not a hotel, but a small group of apartments built around a delightful swimming pool. The appartments are comfortable with good air conditioning and ceiling fans, and well equipped kitchens. There are plenty of chairs around the pool and on the beach, which is just a step outside the gate. The staff are unfailingly helpful and... More

The Buccaneer Beach Club is not a hotel in the traditional sense. The reception is a separate building, and it is simple yet functional. In the reception room there is a refrigerator where you can buy drinks and bottles of wine to take to your apartment. Apartment is the right word for what you get. There are different buildings, like... More
