I have just got back from our wonderful Honeymoon at Coco bay, and I felt after reading some on the reviews on here, it was essential to tell you my point of view.... I have travelled far and wide, I used to be cabin crew long haul, and i have stayed all over the world travelling for 10 years, Coco... more

I rated Cocobay 4 out 5 based on the price we paid and the value for money that it represented in comparision to other hotels in Antigua. As a relatively last minute booking booking we only manage to book a standard cottage which has no A/C! Big mistake, After the first night we asked if we could pay for an... more

This is an ideal place to get away from it all. The individual cottages are basic, but they've got everything you need including a little fridge and a hammock on your veranda to chill out in and watch the amazing sunsets over the sea. You'll share your cottage with the wild life and if you're a light sleeper take ear... more

We just returned from a trip to Cocobay. The staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately our luggage made it 3 days after our arrival and the stuff that the gift shop sold us was ridiculously expensive. The views from the hotel are amazing. We were in cottage 36 and we had a partially obstructed view of the Carribean. I... more

This hotel has the best view I ever had from a hotel cottage, overlooking a beautiful bay with turquoise blue water from a hill. The room we got lacked AC it just had a ceiling fan so be sure to check during booking that you get one of the rooms with AC first as some of them have and some... more

My husband and I stayed at Cocobay in June 2005 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and had an amazing time, so good in fact that our Son got married there on 10th June 2009. Some of the staff remembered us from 2005 and it like meeting up with friends. Monique was a star in organising the wedding, all formalities... more

What we liked (loved): -Location: it felt secluded but was only 20 minutes from St. Johns and 5 minutes from shopping/ATM at Jolly Harbor -Rooms: the cottages are rustic but very comfortable. Balcony with hammock was AWESOME. Air conditioning was not missed. -Grounds/Landscaping: lots of lush vegitation and beautiful flowers. Well-maintained. -Size of resort: we liked that there were only... more

Was a bit concerned about the resort, aimed at couples but I visited with my adult daughter, however no problems and didnt' feel out of place. Resort is great, sat on 3 wonderful beaches. These beaches are public but that didn't cause a problem - apart from one day which was a bank holiday -however no great issues. The staff... more
