We had a first floor beach front suite that had everything one could ask for a price hard to beat anywhere else on Anguilla. Yes, the suite was a bit worn, i.e. the patio sliding door could not be completely closed and locked, hot water intermittent, but it had everything required; DVD player with free DVDs, iPod player, a loaded... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ku. The rooms are a great value - they are large, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. They are light and bright with nice shades of Caribbean blue. The bed was not the most comfortable, but you can't beat the room rate and the best beach on Anguilla (perfect powder white... more

Hotel Ku is located in a pristine and beautiful section of Anguilla, and for that the trip was lovely - uncrowded beach, gorgeous views and a nice pool. Otherwise however the resort is showing some age; while the rooms were kept clean many other areas (including the pool on two days) were neglected. Suite was comfortable if not plush. But... more

I love the Ku Hotel and stay here once a year. It's on Shoal Bay, my favorite beach in Anguilla. The hotel staff are very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are huge and the same size as standard apartments in the United States. The Ku's minimalist design and bright whites give the place an "authentic Carribean feel". They remind me... more

OK here's the deal about the hotel Ku: Good points: 1) Situated on, in my opinion, one of the best beaches on the island (Shoal Bay East) 2) that's pretty much all I can say Bad Points (depending on your point of view): 1) Service is very slow, but again that seems to be the same idealogy in most of... more

We spent a very enjoyable week at KU Hotel from May 8th thru May 16th. This will be an overview of our opinions. We arrived into Anguilla via the ferry from Marigot in St. Martin. This was very painless, but I would only recommend this of travelers that do not mind a little adventure. The cab drivers and ferry operators... more

I just got back from Anguilla and want to share a bit of my experience with Ku and the island. Before I arrived, my first time, I relied on some of the useful tips and decided I'd contribute. There is a lot of debate whether or not to stay at Ku, as you might read on some of the sites.... more

My husband and I had never been to Anguilla and were looking for a great place to stay. We really wanted to stay at Cap Juluca, but we heard the beach at Shoal Bay was terrific. Our room, a beachfront suite, was clean and large with a separate sitting room and kitchen area. The bathroom could have used some updating,... more

My wife and I visited Anguilla and stayed at Ku this past December for one week. This was a trip that also included a one week stay at the Royal Palms on St. Martin (vis a timeshare exchange). St. Martin was too crowded for our tastes, though the unit we had at theRoyal Palms was very nice and very spacious.... more
