My husband and I recently returned from a four night stay at the Cuisinart Resort. At first we were very disappointed, especially with the appearance of the resort. The main areas and rooms (other than the luxury junior suites) are definitely in need of renovation. But on the positive side the beach, service, spa and food are all excellent. We... more

First, many thanks to all of the previous reviews. They were ever so helpful in our choice of resorts. Like many, we narrowed it down to Cap Jaluca and Cuisinart and visited them both while on the island. You really can't go wrong with either. We were very happy we chose Cuisinart because of the more compact size. If you... more

Beautiful resort and rooms. Beaches are without too many people, good service and wonderful blue water. Food and resort service as usual is below average for the Caribbean. Large puddle of spilled milk by the breakfast buffet stand; told staff someone might slip but they ignored the situation. I guess they do not have too many litigation lawyers in Anguilla.... more

My first trip to the Carribean in years, provided me a one night wonder. By sheer accident we ended up on Anguilla. The driver was taking us on a tour and we ended up being shown this - honestly I think it was really like visiting a timeshare - he must have been given a commission for taking us there.... more

My husband and I went for our honeymoon in July. We flew into Saint Martin from Chicago and took a ferry to Anguilla. Saint Martin was the first Caribbean island either of us has ever been to, so it was quite the culture shock- homeless people, litter on the streets, poor living conditions. But after traveling some more since then,... more

My family (husband, three kids, and parents) and I just returned from a 9 day stay at Cuisinart and loved every minute of it! This is our second visit to Anguilla, the first with our kids. We stayed in Cap Jaluca the first time and felt Cuisinart was more kid friendly Let me begin by saying that Anguilla is a... more

For those of you trying to decide between Cuisinart and Cap Juluca, run, don't walk to Cap Juluca! I just returned from a ten day stay at Cuisinart after doing extensive research online and in various travel publications. I've traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean (Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Haiti, St. Martin, etc.) as well as various parts of the... more

I used Travel Advisor to check out the hotel so I though I should add my two cents - as another reviewer inspired me to do. This is the first time my wife and I visited Anguilla. There are three major resorts on the island (we visited the other two while we were there) and you can't go wrong with... more

This is a nice 4 star resort charging 6 star prices. That's why you'll miss a wow factor. When you pay for almost 1000USD per night in high season you would expect a level of service and attention to detail than only the best resorts offer. We arrived at Anguilla airport and there was nobody there from the resort to... more

Have lived in and traveled extensively in the Caribbean. Anguilla has the quiet beauty, exquisite beaches and romantic surroundings that other islands used to offer. CuisinArt offers luxury, comfort and sophistication making the PERFECT combination for a Caribbean time out. Truly wonderful! more
