I can't rate this place highly enough! Clean, tidy, quiet, and friendly. Fantastic breakfast, spacious rooms and comfy beds. Great views across the valley. Lovely hostess made us feel really welcome, thank you!

We stayed with our 3 year old daughter for 3 nights from 29/10/14 whilst visiting family and everything was great - the price, the cleanliness, the décor, the cosiness and the hosts...Charmaine & Chris are a lovely couple. Charmaine always asked what our requirements were for breakfast...I don't usually eat much breakfast so couldn't go full English every day even... More

Due to the NATO conference in Wales, we were struggling to find a hotel room to attend a family wedding. Luckily, my husband found Gelligravog :) I'm so glad that Obama ruined our hotel plans. Our stay was a complete pleasure. The farm and views are beautiful, and the room really did feel like a home from home. Add to... More

Stayed for 8 nights at the end of June. Room was huge with great views over Cwmbran. Hosts had extensive local knowledge and great personalities. Breakfast was quality, plentiful and local. Charms and Chris, Thanks for an excellent stay. Keep on operating as you are.

Three of us stayed at the start of a three day cycling trip. We could not have been made more welcome. In the morning, we were give an excellent, locally sourced breakfast which set us up for the day. Add to that a lovely location and a welcoming pub down the hill.

We stayed here just for two nights in December. What a lovely place. Charmaine, (the host) could not do enough for us. The room was lovely and clean with tea, coffee etc. The farmhouse was high up about a mile from "civilisation" but very easy to get to and the views are magnificent. A lovely Welsh breakfast each morning. Would... More

Gelligravog is in an amazing spot.. The view from on top of the hill is fabulous. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a modern bathroom and entry hall. Charmaine and Chris was welcoming hosts and recommended an excellent pub(The Queen Inn)for dinner that evening. It was very quiet at night giving us a good night’s sleep. This is a... More
