I stayed here in May 2014 and was impressed with the location. The owners can drive you up into Paklenica National park to begin your days trekking. Set beside some great restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Ask for a balcony room. This place has stairs but the boys will take your cases up.

We spent five nights in this homely hotel and although the room was basic and slightly noisy at night with traffic from the main road, it was very clean and comfortable. The food was a bit on the plain side but this was more than made up for by the very friendly and helpful management and staff. They made us... More

I stayed in the Varos apartments with a group of friends. This a small complex of stone houses with a huge kitchen as a central meeting place. Stay was good, though my room was not en suite and that would have been preferable. Electricity cut off at some point, but there was a huge storm raging outside which was probably... More

We used this hotel as a base for our excursions into Paklenica NP for a few days. Great staff and very good rooms with a mini kitchen and ocean facing balcony made this a pleasant place to stay. Restaurants, the beach and the national park are all within walking distance. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

A great family run hotel. What makes it is the staff. The food is excellent and good value for money. The hotel is suited to the area with the backdrop of the Paklenica Natuonal Park. Great starting place to explore the NP. They are a mind of information on the Park and they will drop you off at the entrance... More

This is a good starting point to explore the Paklenica park. The breakfast is on demand, you get some basic things but you can ask for other things like eggs. The rooms are very clean and the air-condition is a welcome extra. To get to the entrance of the Paklenica park it takes by foot +- 30 minutes, to the... More

The hotel is very clean and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. We stayed there for 5 nights and we found it very comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette area which was an added bonus. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located 5 min. from the local beach and 10 min. walk from the entrance to the national... More

This is the best place for a starting point when exploring Paklenica. It is located just at the foothill of the entrance of the park. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy. The whole building is a bit oldish but in general everything is warm and comfortable. The service is excellent (the staff is very helpful and kind), food... More

The hotel is a very comfortable place to stay, located near the park entrance and with a view of the water in the distance. The food is good and the owners are very friendly and helpful. With two small children, we felt very comfortable and the relaxed and warm feeling of the hotel was great and only made us feel... More

Stayed for four nights in September 2008. An ideal base for exploring Paklenika National Park and Zadar. The owner/manger also organises local trips including a Land Rover Safari. Hotel food and service is very good and there are other restaurants nearby. Many other outdoor activities including sea-kayaking available locally. Slight downside - on a main road but not too busy.
