My husband and I spent last weekend at The Kew Gardens Hotel and loved it !! We arrived by tube and immediately fell in love with the gorgeous little `Village` of Kew. Quaint shops and wonderful restaurants, and were so happy to find that the Hotel was only a couple of minutes walk away from the tube station. We loved... More

Not many things to say...i had just a perfect time! I've been allocated in a beatiful and cozy room with my girlfriend, who i tried to impress, and actually i did! And i have no complains at all about the restaurant...i've been delighted with a really tasty and well made Lamb&chorizo pie... All the staff were absolutely charming and attentive,... More

We went to Kew Gardens Hotel for a weekend and we have had a very nice time. The stuff was great, very helpful. The area was amazing. Also the Pub was a really nice place to have something to eat and drink. Great experience for us!

I frequently go here because it's my nearest pub. It's quite expensive for food and the staff are really rude at times. Small garden out the front. Good for a quick drink after work but not for a night out with dinner and drinks. Cannot comment on the hotel though as I haven't stayed there.

What a disappointment this hotel was! It is, in fact, no more than a pub with rooms. Parking is on street and free, except between 10am and 12 noon, when you need a permit, which the hotel/pub can't provide. The room was very hot, with only a fan to move the air around, and opening the window just made the... More

Avoid room 5 as it is directly above the kitchen extractor fan so you either can't sleep because of the noise or if you close the secondary double glazing you can still hear it and are sweating all night in spite of the fan. Also bath towels are tiny and no sugar for coffee. On the plus side the shower... More

Stayed in the hotel tonight and waited ages until someone came to check me in at the hotel desk. Then ordered a steak from the bar which took 40 minutes to arrive, when it arrived it was so tough I had to spit some out into a napkin as I couldn't chew through it and didn't want to choke. Rooms... More

Dear AnnaM Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit to the Kew Gardens Hotel. I am saddened that you had a bad stay, firstly with a poor quality steak in our restaurant, and then with a soiled towel in your room. Your comments have been taken very seriously, and I have met with the team that... More

We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I'm not sure if our particular room was above the kitchen or something but it was unbearably hot and stuffy (and I'm someone who likes the heat!). It was not particularly warm outside so that shouldn't have been the problem. The window was... More

Visiting relatives in Kew area hotel was ideally placed a short 5 minute walk from Kew Undergound station (Distrct Line) and Kew Gardens. Guest Rooms recently refurbished to a nice standard and very clean. Only 20 rooms so would need to book well in advance and it was proably fully booked at the time of my visit but not feeling... Astonishingly noisy - right under the flight path for Heathrow and on final approach the planes are very low - hard to believe how this is such an expensive and desirable area. So location wise, only a one star. Noisy road combined with the planes makes ear plugs essential unless you are really used to this level of early morning... More
