Like the earlier poster we stayed here for two nights for Kew Music - Bill Bailey on the Sunday. Yes, it was hot at night and yes, it was on the LHR flightpath so with windows open the roar of jet engines started at 6 am. However... apart from that it was excellent on all counts. Hats off to the... More

Stayed here for two nights while attending Kew Music. Fantastic location and less than a 10 minute walk to Kew. No AC so very hot and if the Heathrow flight path is directly overhead (as it was on Sunday) very very noisy! A tad disorganised but the staff tried hard and were very friendly. Water and coffee in the room... More

Stayed here while on business and did not want to be downtown or at airport. My room was spacious, bed was HUGE. Appreciated the iPod docking station. Disappointed could not make a decent cuppa...all I had was a Nespresso machine. Little amenities were great - several types of tea, little biscuits, water (flat and fizzy), hair dryer, large number of... More

Dropped by for a couple of drinks, in preference to the pub at Kew Gardens station. Formulaic gastro style space. We walked into a pretty empty bar, with a few 'geezers' at the bar, one of whose eyes were on stalks oggling my partner (hey, even in Kew you'll find knob-head neanderthals...). But what got me was that the girl... More

We stayed here last month. Food, rooms and location were perfect. Its been a while since we treated ourselves to a 'London Weekend'. My old home town of Richmond is as beautiful as ever. And I'd almost forgotten the hidden gems of Kew Gardens. Only a short hop on the tube to visit friends in central London.

Stayed for three nights for our 20th wedding anniversary. Very nice room, excellent food and first class service, short walk (less than 5 mins) to the tube where trains to the centre of London leave about every 10 mins. Kew Gardens is also very close by and well worth a visit. Great value as well compared to staying in the... More

This hotel is in a perfect location for Kew Gardens and Richmond. It is very close to the station and several good bus routes. The room we had was very tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, with FREE wifi available. There is an excellent restaurant with a varied menu which is where breakfast is served. The breakfast is fairly limited... More

We arrived almost 4 hours early but Sarah was so helpful and got us a room straight away, excellent service you don't get in big chains. Having the Pub downstairs was great and we timed it by accident with an excellent beer festival. Dinner was good and Hanna looked after us well. The staff make this place and the location... More
