I recently got married at Kew Gardens and I chose KG Hotel as it had the perfect mix with a great pub downstairs and comfortable and quirky rooms for all the wedding guests. We had booked all 20 rooms for the two nights. Upon checking in I was met with genuine excitement from Laura the reservations manager, who had arranged... More

This is a very conveniently located hotel that is clean, comfortable and just a little bit different than others to make it that bit more interesting. The two rooms we had (family & double) were spacious and with all the necessary "stuff" one needs in a hotel room to make your stay a pleasant one. Staff are obliging and helpful,... More

Could not have wished for a more friendly hotel where staff went out of their way to help. Rooms were beautifully furnished; food is fabulous and the range of drinks behind the bar is great. Only a 10 minute walk to Kew whether just visiting London or staying for a special occasion. Thank you to all the staff for making... More

Great stay. Comfortable and very clean. While we were there is was very hot but each room has a fan provided and the windows do open. I stayed in room 10 which is a double but quite small fine for one person and quiet as it on the side of the hotel. I didn't find the hotel noisey even with... More

We picked the Kew Gardens Hotel at random from the internet as we were attending Kew the Music. We found the hotel to be clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable with good supplies of tea and coffee which were quickly replenished on request. The ground floor bar area was comfortable with a wide selection of beers... We were staying here to see Kew The Music and it is a great location for Kew Gardens - a five minute walk in fact! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good but we didn't eat here in the evening. The bathroom was nice and spacious, the bedroom less so, it was quite cramped but fine for an... More

The location is great if you want to visit Kew Gardens and stay overnight. We had the balcony room which overlooked the street and sat at a small table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine and the area. The room was great, nice on-suite and comfortable bed. We were being picked up at 10am the following morning, went... More

You need the ear plugs on three counts: 1 - it is on the flight path and every 2 yes 2 minutes a plane comes past descending into Heathrow. We felt like we were on the runway. Now you may say what do you expect in this part of London but what did not help was we were in poky... More

We were with a group staying at the Kew Gardens Hotel for a few days during the Chelsea Flower show. The hotel is well located for Kew Gardens and is close to local shops, cafes and the tube station. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and the staff was good. The locals frequent this pub and though the... More

Kew Gardens hotel was the perfect fit for a recent visit London. The food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional and a real cut above your average hotel fare. The chef is clearly very talented. The in house cured bresaola was just perfect and you could tell that the trio of mackerel was really fresh and expertly cooked. The chocolate... More
