I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights while attending a summer course in central London. I cannot be happier with my choice. Breakfast (prepared by friendly chef Leon and served by Lola) was excellent: ask for the scrambled eggs with salmon and avocado! Rooms are cozy, spacious, well served and clean. The bar downstairs serves excellent food, and it... More

I had an excellent experience at this pub/ hotel. I normally stay at corporate hotel's but it was a welcome change to stay at this local hotel in Kew. It had a fantastic pub, lots of choice, excellent value, fantastic breakfast and at nearly half the price of a central London corporate hotel. Although the hotel is not in central... More

The Kew Gardens Hotel is very close to Kew Gardens station - 3 mins walk if that but if you depart the train and find yourself outside the fish and chip shop then you need to head over the footbridge first. Once outside the station, head down past the shops, past the Tesco Express (on your left) before you reach... More

Several of us stayed at this hotel as we were attending a family wedding locally. Although we arrived too early for check in, the staff did their utmost to get the rooms ready for us so that we could change for the wedding. There was a mix up over keys, as a result of which one of our parties was... More

Had we stayed in winter, this hotel would get 4 stars. We were there in hot weather, and though the hotel provides a good fan, the window would only open 6 inches. It would not stay open so we propped it up and managed. We had a quiet room off the street, but light fixtures in the bath were broken... More

We visited for a couple of nights stay to be able to visit a few places like Kew gardens and Natural History Museum. I think the young staff looked after us brilliantly and would like to thank them for their hospitality and the relaxed way they dealt with any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was... More

Like the earlier poster we stayed here for two nights for Kew Music - Bill Bailey on the Sunday. Yes, it was hot at night and yes, it was on the LHR flightpath so with windows open the roar of jet engines started at 6 am. However... apart from that it was excellent on all counts. Hats off to the... More

Stayed here for two nights while attending Kew Music. Fantastic location and less than a 10 minute walk to Kew. No AC so very hot and if the Heathrow flight path is directly overhead (as it was on Sunday) very very noisy! A tad disorganised but the staff tried hard and were very friendly. Water and coffee in the room... More

Stayed here while on business and did not want to be downtown or at airport. My room was spacious, bed was HUGE. Appreciated the iPod docking station. Disappointed could not make a decent cuppa...all I had was a Nespresso machine. Little amenities were great - several types of tea, little biscuits, water (flat and fizzy), hair dryer, large number of... More
