We have stayed here before & will do so again & my husband uses this pub hotel for business trips to London too. Can't praise this place enough. We love the vibe here - exciting, bustling but quality of service is not diminished. Great food, lovely decor throughout and so much attention to detail. The special deal of 3 nights,... More

Lovely hotel, loved the little touches like books to read in room and yummy cookies. We were in room 304 which even had a bath. Hotel decor right up my street, all contemporary with lots of muted colours and great lighting. Enjoyed meal in restaurant, steak with garlic butter and crispy real onion rings. Staff lovely and helpful. Ten mins... More

Arrived at Kew Gardens earlier than expected and it hadn't opened so we popped in here for brunch and was very glad we did. Cappuccino was lovely and I had my usual eggs benedict, bit too much sauce for me but i'm sure other customers would appreciate the generous serving. Others ordered a full english and there were no complaints.... More

Just before going into Kew Gardens we called in here for breakfast. £9.95. 2 Rashers of very crispy overdone streaky bacon,2 slices of mushroom dripping in black yuk, small eggcup full of luke warm baked beans, nice sausage, fried egg and toast, Not worth its price. The young girl who served us was really pleasant but was no where to be found... More

Now living in Herefordshire (yes, very lucky!) with son & other family in The Smoke wanted somewhere at end of the M4, nice location, accessible to central London. First visit to Coach & Horses has ticked all these boxes & more. Good rooms, secure free car parking, delightful spot on Kew Green with charming streets, river walks, and pleasant 10... More

We stayed for a Saturday night, as we were attending an event art Kew Gardens, which is 5 mins walk, on the Saturday evening. The hotel is located on Kew Green and offers free car parking for guests, either underground or behind the hotel. It is owned by the Young's Brewery. The hotel was full and we had a twin... More

We stayed here for two nights. It’s a very nice hotel right next to Kew Gardens. It’s a short walk to Kew underground. The room and bed was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The area outside is very cosy, so in total a very good place if you want to stay close to London.

We stayed one night as attending an event at kew gardens. The hotel could not be better situated for this. The staff were really friendly, the room exactly as I had requested (quiet, after reading previous reviews which said some rooms were noisy). We stayed in 104 which was great for our needs and clean and a reasonable size. Air... More

Stayed here for 1 night in July as we were attending the Kew Music Festival. The hotel is situated opposite Kew green, literally a 5 minute walk to the the Elizabeth Gate entrance to Kew Gardens and for great walks along the river. The hotel has a lovely bar which, serves good food and the service is very attentative and... More
