It could be easy to forget you're in Bali while you're staying here, because it's a large resort single-building that follows a formula for what people have come to expect of non-boutique 4 and 5 star hotels set on beaches in southeast Asia. That said, it's a nice place. Nothing particularly startling or different, just a nice big family-oriented beach... More

I went for a relax holiday with my girlfriend and my parents in law. We took the all inclusive option. It paid off even when my parents in law are 65. Very good food with many options. Buffe or on demand, both high quality, excellent the australian beef, the salmon and the fish in general. Very good activities, during the... More

Tanjung Benoa is a very touristy place with loads of hotels, restaurants, water sports, etc. Hence I won't recommend spending your full Bali stay in Mirage, as Ubud (more local) n Seminyak (party place) have better options. The best part of Grand Mirage is the beach outside the hotel, which is usually deserted after evening. We had long walk, long... More

This was my 4th time to Bali but our first time staying at a big resort and this area. The resort itself is massive with lots of eating and entertainment options. The buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had, so many choices! We also ate at the grill restaurant, grand cafe and Italian restaurants and enjoyed our meals. Our... More

This trip was our first time in Bali. Our stay at this hotel was very good. The room was comfortable, clean with very well organised and friendly room service. Food was good (international food) but I found it better outside of the Resort, where restaurants are more authentic and much cheaper. The entertainment area was also good but not the... More

This hotel is in a fantastic location on Tanjung Benoa with absolute beach front. We chose the all inclusive option at the hotel, which included all of your meals at different restaurants at the hotel, alcoholic drinks and free limited water sports. There was always a of variety of meals and they also had different international buffet nights. The food... More

Took just over a week out for R & R and had a great relax. We did not take up the option of all inclusive but when we added up the total spend with accommodation and food it worked out about the same as if we had taken it up. Usually we like to eat at various places in the... More

We stayed with two young children, and could not fault the hotel. Food selection was fantastic, Staff friendly, lovely safe pool, good for kids and adults alike. The rooms are a good size, clean, well maintained and have all you require. Room service didn't miss a beat, each day all toiletries restocked and rooms serviced to high standard. Rooms are... More

Just stayed at The Grand Mirage for the fourth time in last five years. We travel to the hotel with the Mindarie Tennis Cub for our annual competition and personally and as a group we couldn't be happier. The hotel is on the beach in Tanjung Benoa and whilst larger, about 200 rooms, still maintains the feel of a smaller... More

A 5star hotel this isn't! But the service from staff definitely deserves 5 stars. We were warmly welcomed and greeted upon arrival despite having an active and hyped toddler running around!!. The staff, were wonderful and welcoming and the pool guards excellent and so friendly!. The hotel however, is very dated and rough and not up to 5 star standard.... More
