This was the last place we stayed in Bali, the most expensive and the worst. We took the all inclusive option for around $NZD250 per night thinking that sounded like great value. However, the food is below average, the staff are nowhere near as friendly as at our other hotels and you have to pay for Wireless internet on top... More

We had our second trip of the year here, just 3 nights again and a great break and forced relax! We try to stay somewhere quiet and away from the hustle during our trips to Bali. We will return because of the great staff and quality of food at the Chinese restaurant - the night meals there are amazing. The... More

Hotel is nothing special, food is tasteless, facilities are old. It is annoying that a thief entered our room and had stolen my phone. It is absolutely unacceptable that no one from hotel management took care about it. If you have to select a place where to spend your vacation in Bali, avoid this place.

My husband and I did not plan to go anywhere far but to stay locally in Europe but we found this hotel with All Inclusive package very affordable and attractive. In the end we did not regret it. The hotel needs renovation but we couldn't complain we had a fabulous room! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food... More

on entry to bali the visa is now £35 not £25, and the exit tax is £15 not £10 dont be caught out! order a pickup and return to the airport at around £35, from the hotel , saves a lot of hassle. the hotel is small and looks a bit tired, some say its either getting a face lift... More

Wife booked this hotel, I was less than happy. but on arrival we found it to be quite pleasant, staff are great and always there to help. breakfast was plentiful. Rooms were good, beds comfortable, décor good. Pool is ok. No gym. Room service ok. You cant beat this hotel for value or location on the beach, for the price.... More

Booked this hotel through an Agency for our honeymoon last June. All inclusive was the package. After an easy check in & a welcome drink we arrived at our room in the 1st floor which was an ordinary room and not something Special. After a short while arrived a lovely surprise for us: a honeymoon cake with our names written.... More

You get what you paid for, and I and my family found it perfect for out needs. The pool is beautiful any time of day and night; not to mention well maintained. The staff are so friendly, yes the rooms are out dated, but why spent time in your room when there is so much to enjoy outside. If you're... More

Amazing service and value from a three star jewel in Bali's crown. We hope we will make it back one day to enjoy the fantastic hotel and the lovely friendly staff that work there. My special birthday made even more so by the stunning cake they made and delivered to our room. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

The hotel on the whole was decent. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms however are noisy because the balcony doors do not close all the way. The food for lunch at the grill was very good. Breakfast was decent but we thought dinner lacked a bit. The hotel felt like a cheaper Cancun hotel. (you will... More
