We booked this chalet with another family for the last week of the ski season. We could not have picked a better place. The chalet is immaculate and I know Teresa and Aisha spent a lot of time making it look lovely and clean. The facilities in the chalet are excellent with games and DVDs to keep the children happy,... My hubby and I have just returned after a week at the chalet following a week last year with our children. We had the most lovely week despite the small setback of a broken ankle on day three and I say a small setback because Paul and Theresa made it so...they went over and above the call of duty and... My hubby and I, along with 2 friends, stayed at chalet spycat just last week. We flew to Geneva and the chalet is a very accessible 1.5hrs away by car. On arrival we were greeted by Aisha who is warm, friendly and made us welcome with tea and cake! Following a tour of the very clean and beautifully decorated chalet,... More

Just back from a few days in chalet spycat. Beautiful chalet and Paul and Theresa make you feel so very welcome. Amazing food, nothing too much trouble, Aisha a great young host! My girlfriend has stayed in other chalets advertised as five star and this one more than rivals them.... Good quality home cooking is an understatement!! Only a short... More

Well, where do I start? Teresa, Paul & Aisha were exceptional in their hospitality, food, service and the overall exceptional standard of the chalet. The chalet itself is the most beautiful building, which has been kept in the most pristine condition that you could possibly have the pleasure of staying in. The comfort of the whole chalet really would take... More

Done a few chalets now over the years, including one last year (morzine) at nearly twice the price of chalet Spycat with very little difference in overall quality ,this makes Spycat excellent value for money. Pauls food was of a very high standard and enjoyed by all of us including myself who can be a tad fussy, Teresa's hosting was... More

Our group returned for a second year to spy cat and it is with great pleasure that I can say we were treated exceptionally well and had a marvellous time. We had a mixed group with some coming and going and unfortunately one of our more senior!!!! Skiers had a moment and broke collar bone and a couple of ribs... More

We had an excellent week at spycat. The chalet was very thought out with robes, water, endless tea/coffee (Theresa even purchased some green tea as that was our favourite despite having lots of different teas available), hot tub, large garage for ski equipment and their transfers to and from piste. The food was perfect, 4 courses each night and really... More

Absolutely superb. We had the warmest welcome and our hosts Paul and Teresa have thought of everything from arranging passes and equipment hire to advice on ski schools to the nice luxury touches like Egyptian cotton bedding and Molton Brown toiletries. We are well travelled and usually stay in 4 or 5* hotels but the service at Spycat was the... More

Having just read the previous reviews they mainly have one thing in common, written by people who don't travel much. Also once a few say something is marvellous its a bit like 'the Kings new clothes' - everyone says it.We would not stay at Spycat again, it was ok, nothing really 'wrong' but several things which are better elsewhere. We've... More

Dear Judith from Essex Of course you are entitled to your opinion but personally, I would never make derogatory comments about previous reviewers such as un-travelled and imply they don’t have the mental capability of making an informed review “The Kings New Clothes”. With regards to the rest of your comments, I’ll let that to Captain Subtext :-) More
